Anna Komorowska visited the site near the Russian city of Smolensk with the families of the dead.
The late President Kaczynski plane went down last April 10 as its pilots attempted to land in thick fog. A number of other Polish officials also died in the crash.
The delegation was flying to Smolensk to attend a ceremony in the neighbouring village of Katyn marking the massacre of 1940, in which more than 20 000 Polish officers were executed by the Soviet secret police.
Anna Komorowska and his group were also visit a Memorial of Katyn Saturday.
Monday, her husband, the President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski, should join his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Smolensk and Katyn.
The Russian aviation officials concluded the decision of the Polish pilots to land in bad weather caused the accident. But the Polish authorities believe Russian air traffic controllers also bear some blame.
Thursday, Russian investigators said that Poland is not fully cooperate their probe in the plane crash.
Committee of inquiry of the Russia, said that the Poland has not provided the transcript of the recording apparatus and telephone calls made at the time of the accident. Russia, said that he honored the request of the Poland of documents relating to the disaster.
